Wallpapering

For all types of wallpapering jobs, M S Decorating Ltd apply all types of wall coverings from standard domestic papers through to industrial types of vinyl. Carried out on all types of buildings from residential to retail units, office space etc.

Recent contracts include Next at various locations throughout the UK and Ireland. Northern Bank Belfast.

Paint spraying

We carry out all types of paint spraying from large surface area spraying, through to multi-colour spraying finishes. We specialise in fine surface performance coatings, examples of this are re-spraying of metal shop fronts, automatic doors, rollers shutters, etc.

Recent Work includes Co-Ops Various stores in Scotland and Ireland. Exterior of Abbeycentre.

Fire Protection

M S Decorating Ltd undertake work relating to fire protection, from intumescent steelwork coatings, to fire retardant varnishes and class 0 rated wall coatings, relevant to the clients needs and to meet building control requirements.

Maintenance Services

Maintenance services are carried out on an ongoing basis for various clients including Shopping Centres, Factories, Office Blocks etc, specialising in specific client requirements, out of hours work, and during client holiday periods etc.

Clients include, Fairhill Shopping Centre, Abbeycentre, Buttercrane Centre.

Hygienic Coatings

We carry out application of specialist hygienic coatings from a wide range of hygienic coating manufacturers, for painting of hygienic sensitive environments, like operating theatres, food preparation areas, general hospital environments, etc.

Recent work includes Operating Theatres at the Royal Victoria Hospital, Antrim Area Hospital & Craigavon Hospital.

Dry-lining

M S Decorating Ltd will carry out dry-lining or taping and jointing work along side our painting services, from small remedial works to complete projects.

Performance coatings

M S Decorating Ltd apply performance coatings to a wide range of surfaces for any client requirements From epoxy floor coatings to industrial steelwork surfaces.

Examples of previous work include factory floors, oil tanks, structural steelwork, cladding, car parks etc.

Although based in County Derry / Londonderry, we can provide our services right across Northern Ireland including Belfast, County Antrim, County Tyrone, County Down, County Armagh, County Fermagh, Southern Ireland, Dublin, Scotland, England and the rest of the United Kingdom, UK.
